Cheryl is a Senior Manager with the RiskLogic Resilience practice. For the past 10 years, Cheryl has delivered highly successful Critical Incident Management, Emergency Management, Crisis Management and Business Continuity programs for RiskLogic clients.
She has been responsible for developing programs to enhance the response and recovery capabilities of clients and provide assurance to senior management, communities and boards. She leads a team of highly qualified and experienced consultants and facilitators.
Cheryl has over 15 years’ experience in the resilience industry giving her a unique set of skills in analysis, planning, coordination and implementation of corporate and community safety and response programs. She has successfully built strong working relationships with the SES, Police, Fire Brigade, RFS, Rotary, local response agencies, community groups and local disaster planning groups.
She has extensive experience in all facets of adult education including the design of training needs analysis; developing tailored training solutions; conducting training sessions and facilitating workshops. Cheryl practiced for many years as a Chartered Accountant in a major firm before transitioning to risk management.
Her experience spans a broad range of industries and work environments including education, government, utilities, financial services, childcare, aged care, distribution and manufacturing. Recent projects include critical incident management planning, training and exercising for Australian Catholic University, University of Melbourne, Monash University, Barangaroo, Baptistcare, Catholic Homes, Oxfam Australia and numerous corporate incident and emergency management programs for schools, aged care, financial services and government organisations.
